Chelsa, the Marion’s granddaughter has been in candy making her entire life. Taught by the experts in candy making, she has become a an avid foodie and talented chef. Occasionally Chelsa is the private chef for events and openings, if you are lucky enough to get her!

Our Head Candy Maker and Chocolatier is Marion’s granddaughter and Chelsa’s little sister Allie. Yes, little sister! Now in charge of production at Cummings Chocolates, along with her sister Chelsa.  This amazingly talented candy creator has the gift making candy that both of her grandfathers could only be proud of!  Her specialties include toffee, brittles and fluffy fondant fillings.

Allie is happiest listening to 80’s pop music while dancing around a huge copper kettle of soon to be the best toffee you will ever have!
